The Woman Behind The Brand

I Don't
Hide
Behind Anything.

Twenty-five years in the arena with women — in sport, in classrooms, in boardrooms, and now in business. This brand is not a pivot. It's a continuation. Everything I've built, advocated for, and refused to stay silent about — it all lives here.

My Story

The Thread
Through
All Of It

Every chapter of my life has been in service of women. That was never a strategy. It was always just who I am.

The Beginning · Elite Sport

The Athlete & The Scientist

I came into the world of sport as an athlete first — competitive, driven, and deeply curious about what the female body is capable of. That curiosity became a career. As an Exercise Physiologist, I studied women's bodies, their performance, their hormones, their recovery, and the ways the sporting world consistently failed to account for any of it. I knew then what I still know now — women are not small men. We are not a footnote. We are the whole story.

25 Years · Education

The Teacher & The Director

For over two decades I worked in education — as a PE teacher, Wellbeing Coordinator, and Director of Sport. I showed up every day for girls who were told they were too loud, too competitive, too emotional, too much. I told them the opposite. I built programmes that put girls at the centre, advocated for their safety, their voice, and their right to compete on fair terms. I watched what happened when a young woman was finally told she was enough — and I never forgot it.

Identity & Expansion · Now

The Strategist & The Founder

Today I work with women who are hitting perceived limitations they can't explain. Not strategy problems. Identity problems. Through my BE · DO · HAVE methodology, I help high-performers expand who they are so that what they want finally has somewhere to land. The WOMAN collection came out of this work. Every piece is a declaration of what I believe — that women who know who they are change everything around them.

I Stand
For Women.
Unapologetically.

I don't use careful language around this. I believe in biological reality. I believe women have the right to safe single-sex spaces, to fair competition, and to speak the truth about their own bodies without being silenced for it. This is not a political position. This is a women's rights position — and I will not be quiet about it.

01
Safe Spaces

Women have the right to single-sex spaces — in sport, in shelters, in prisons, in healthcare. These spaces exist because of sex, not identity. I advocate loudly for their protection and will not apologise for it.

02
Fair Competition

Female sport exists to give women and girls a fair chance to compete. Male physiology — regardless of identity — confers advantages that cannot be undone by hormones alone. Women's sport must remain for women.

03
The Right
To Speak

Women must be free to name their biology, discuss their rights, and advocate for themselves without being labelled, silenced, or cancelled. Language matters. Truth matters. Women's voices matter.

"I have never been quiet about what I believe. I don't intend to start now."
